Reconnective Yoga Again This Saturday and A Note From Beth

Hello Yoga Friends
We will be having class this Sat from 10:30-12 at our usual space Simple Studios 134 w 29th st. As usual, please RSVP if you are committed to attending. If we confirm a minimum of 4, we will have the class. Suggested donation is $20.

I also want to let you know that I will be heading out to LA mid-May for an extended period of time. I will be back and forth periodically and will hold occasional class, but there will not be classes weekly. So just putting it out there…get your fill of Reconnective Yoga with yours truly while you can!

Here is the text of an e-mail I received from Beth Polito this week. Yay! Reconnective Yoga is back in New York this week!

Hi Friends!

Happy Spring!

I am hoping to hold a Reconnective Yoga class this Sat from 10:30am-12pm.

Please reply by e-mailing me here bethpolito333@gmail.com if you would like to attend…we will meet at Simple Studios on 29th St.

Suggested donation is $20. If we have a minimum of 4 people committed, we will have class, and as we have done in the past please confirm by 5pm on Friday if you plan to attend.

I will confirm details with those who RSVP.

I look forward to spending time together and celebrating this wonderful time of New Beginnings!

I am back in town this week, and am excited to teach Reconnective Yoga this Saturday Feb 25th from 10:30am-12pm. Please RSVP if you can make it. If 4 or more people can commit, we will meet for class.
