This is a deeply transformative, instructional and informational  letter written by Patricia Cota-Robles following the 28th Annual World Congress on Illumination that  convened in Wyoming from September 13th through 18th, 2014.

In the introduction, Patricia summarizes the history of the activites of light that officially commenced during  the Harmonic Convergence of August, 1987.

Although the whole document is densely packed with information and energetic triggers to activate the reader, it can be a little overwhelming when it is first read.

Therefore, in an attempt to facilitate my own digestion of the material, I have used bold font and underlining for the key passage in the beginning which describes the spirit with which the letter is intended to be read.

There is also information that I have underlined about the potent energies flooding us since the Full Moon Eclipse that occurred in the wee small hours of this morning- October 8th, 2014 . These energies will continue to bathe our New Earth through the 23rd of October, 2014.

Throughout the text I have used bold font for emphasis and at the bottom I have used violet font to indicate text that can be used as activations at any time. I have also recorded the two activations PATTERNS OF PERFECTION FOR THE NEW EARTH and RETURN TO CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS and you can listen to them by scrolling way down underneath each of them.

What is new to me in the history is information about implants that were universally inserted into the solar plexuses of the etheric bodies of every person on earth as control devices by forces of darkness when the “fall from Grace” and “separation” from Mother/Father God occurred  ions of time ago.

Patricia describes how and when these devises and forces of darkness were removed from all of humanity over the period of time from August 1996 through the Spring of 2014.c

In the section THE HEALING the implications and negative consequences of having the implants in our etheric bodies is discussed and how they were removed is revealed.

 

In the section LIFE-TRANSFORMING EVENTS THAT CHANGED THE WORLD, a day by day description of the events that took place during The Congress enables us to lift our own vibrations and participate in those events directly. Remember, there is no time so allowing ourselves as our divine selves to participate now can only magnify and intensify the positive events Patricia describes.

 

As a part of the retelling there is a section called A GIFT OF DIVINE GRACE that is exciting in its implications for us all.

In the part THE TWELVE 5TH-DIMENSIONAL SOLAR ASPECTS OF DEITY each of the twelve aspects are listed, characterized and we are told how we can use theses aspects in our daily lives for transformation. I found this section to be particularly exciting and I will continue practicing and using this tool in my life.

A SHIFT INTO CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS

This is a monumental moment on our beloved Planet Earth, and each and every one of us has been preparing for lifetimes to fulfill our individual, and very unique, facets of the unprecedented Divine Plan that is unfolding daily and hourly during this Cosmic Moment. In September 2014, we experienced miraculous influxes of Light that have changed the course of history for ALL Life on this Planet. Now you and I are being called to a higher service than we have ever rendered to any part of Life.

The Divine Intent of this service is to integrate the amazing Light we received in September into the physical plane and the lives of Humanity, the Elemental Kingdom, and the physical, etheric, mental, and emotional strata of Mother Earth. Throughout the remainder of 2014 we will receive assistance from On High that will amplify a thousand times a thousand fold, the service we are being called to fulfill. This opportunity, which will build in momentum for several years, will begin with the Lunar Eclipse on October 8th. This Eclipse will bathe the Earth with new and unfathomable frequencies of our Mother God’s Transfiguring Divine Love. This gift from our Mother God will build in momentum through the Solar Eclipse on October 23rd. At that time, the Earth will be bathed with new and unfathomable frequencies of our Father God’s Divine Power.

These two Sacred Fires, our Mother God’s Pink Flame of Divine Love and our Father God’s Blue Flame of Divine Power, will merge into higher frequencies of the 7th Solar Aspect of Deity, which is the 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Violet Flame. This glorious Violet Flame will be the predominant influence on Earth during the 2,000-year cycle of the Aquarian Age we are now entering.

I AM imploring you to invoke your I AM Presence and to enter the Flame of Truth pulsating in the Divinity of your Heart as you read the information in this newsletter. The time for you to be the full Divine Potential of who you truly are is NOW.

During the Spring of 2014, we experienced a greatly amplified influx of Light through very powerful Lunar and Solar Eclipses, a rare Grand Cross Alignment, and the most powerful influx of the 5th-Dimensional Frequencies of the Crystalline Solar Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection that we had the ability to endure. That glorious influx of the Violet Flame occurred under the auspices of Saint Germain, and was gifted to Humanity throughout the entire month of May. Those events cleared the way for a Healing that the Legions of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth have been tenaciously working to help Humanity accomplish since the initial impulse of our fall from Grace on the continent of Lumeria millions of years ago.

The Company of Heaven said that they were not allowed to reveal this problem or this facet of the Divine Plan until Humanity en masse had reached a frequency of vibration that would allow this Healing to be successfully accomplished within every single man, woman, and child on Earth. That critical mass was reached after the influxes of Light that took place during the Spring of 2014.

THE HEALING

The most tragic event that took place during our fall from Grace was the fateful decision we made to close our Heart Chakras. We erroneously believed that if we closed our Heart Chakras, we would no longer feel the painful effects of the negative things we were creating through the misuse of our thoughts, feelings, words, and actions. But when we closed our Heart Chakras, we blocked the portal through which our Mother God’s Divine Love entered our lives and the physical plane of Earth. That horrific event caused our right-brain hemispheres to become almost dormant and our spiritual brain centers to atrophy which, in turn, forced our Crown Chakras of Enlightenment, Wisdom, and Understanding to close. That is when we lost Christ Consciousness and the ability to communicate with our I AM Presence and the Company of Heaven.

In this vulnerable state we developed fragmented and fear-based human egos that became pawns to the forces of imbalance and the negative influence of the Beings referred to in ancient texts as cosmic evil. These forces realized that without the influence and balance of our Mother God’s Love, Humanity would be easily manipulated and controlled to do their bidding. These entities were able to entice our human egos into receiving an implant in the solar plexus of our Etheric Bodies by telling us that the implant would accelerate our spiritual growth, but that was a trick. Instead, the implant was a form of technology that prevented us from remembering the existence of our Mother God. It also blocked us from reopening our Heart Chakras to full breadth, so we could receive the full momentum of the Divine Feminine and our Mother God’s Love. Since our human egos agreed to receive this negative implant through their own free will choice, we alone were responsible for removing it.

The Beings of Light want us to KNOW that because of the awakening of millions of people on Earth and the positive shifts of energy, vibration, and consciousness that have taken place on Earth since Harmonic Convergence in August 1987, the forces of imbalance and the Beings known as comic evil no longer exist on Planet Earth. In August of 1996, Humanity reached a frequency of Love and the Divine Feminine that allowed Archangel Michael to encapsulate these wayward Beings in his Ring Pass Not – of God’s First Cause of Perfection. These Beings were removed from Earth through the unified efforts of embodied Lightworkers and the Legions of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth.

During the September Equinox in 1996, Archangel Michael escorted these souls through the Portal of Precipitation in the Grand Tetons in Wyoming, USA, into the Heart of the Great Central Sun. This was accomplished on a Ray of our Mother God’s Divine Love. Through a merciful act of God’s Divine Grace, these souls are now in the Inner Schools of Learning where they are learning to transmute their Karmic liabilities. Fortunately, they will never again be in a position to harm any part of Life.

Even though these Beings were removed in 1996, the negative implants still remained in Humanity’s Etheric Bodies. Our Etheric Bodies are known as the “seat of all memory” and they contain the etheric records of everything we have ever experienced since we were first breathed forth from the Heart of our Father-Mother God. Our Etheric Bodies contain our personal Akashic Records. This destructive implant has followed us into embodiment lifetime after lifetime, and in most instances the implant has been able to effectively block the memory of our Mother God and her Divine Love in the hearts and minds of the masses of Humanity. BUT NOW ALL OF THAT HAS CHANGED!

With the influxes of Light that occurred during the Spring of 2014, Humanity reached a greatly accelerated frequency of 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light through the Divine Alchemy that is taking place in our physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies. This frequency of Light, at long last, enabled our I AM Presence to work with Mother Mary and the Company of Heaven to remove the implants from our Etheric Bodies. After the implants were removed they were encapsulated in Archangel Michael’s Ring Pass Not – of God’s First Cause of Perfection, in preparation for the time when they would be escorted into the Heart of the Great Central Sun. This Healing was God Victoriously accomplished in every man, woman, and child belonging to or serving the Earth at this time whether he or she was in or out of embodiment.

This Healing process began during the Grand Cross Alignment in April 2014 and was completed and sealed with the influx of Light that occurred during the June 21st Solstice in 2014. At that time, Mother Mary placed a miniature Etheric Sun within the wound in every person’s Etheric Body where the implant had been removed. This Sun pulsates with the Twelve 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Aspects of Deity associated with the New Earth. Now our Mother God’s Transfiguring Divine Love can flow unimpeded through every person’s Heart Flame. Since the victory of this Healing, every person’s I AM Presence is projecting into his or her mental and emotional bodies the sacred knowledge of our Mother God, who is in Truth the Holy Spirit. This is occurring in perfect alignment with each person’s Divine Plan and the highest good for all concerned.

On September 11, 2014, several embodied Lightworkers joined Archangel Michael and the Company of Heaven within the Portal of Precipitation in the Grand Teton Mountains in Wyoming. It is not by chance that the translation for the word Wyoming is “Land Where the Mother Goddess is Loved.”

We gathered on the resplendent peak of Signal Mountain in Jackson Hole Park to perform a sacred ceremony. As millions of people around the World opened their hearts in Love and Compassion for those who lost their lives on September 11, 2001, a collective Cup of Consciousness was formed that enveloped the entire Planet Earth. On the Wings of Divine Love and Compassion, Archangel Michael escorted into the Heart of Love in the Great Central Sun, the precious Life energy that the forces of imbalance and cosmic evil had distorted into the gross mutations of the implants.

Within the embrace of our Mother God’s Transfiguring Divine Love, every particle and wave of Life that was mutated into the negative implants was transmuted back into its original perfection by the Violet Flame. That awesome event cleared the way for the miraculous influxes of Light that changed the course of history during the 28th Annual World Congress on Illumination, which took place within the Portal of Precipitation on September 13-18, 2014.

LIFE-TRANSFORMING EVENTS THAT CHANGED THE WORLD

In September, Lightworkers from 40 states in the USA, and 21 foreign countries, responded to their Heart’s Call and traveled to Jackson Hole, Wyoming to attend the 28th WCI. We had a sold out crowd and every one of these precious people came with the Divine Intent of serving as a surrogate on behalf of all Humanity. With the assistance of their I AM Presence, they joined their Heart Flames to form a mighty transformer. This allowed greatly amplified frequencies of God’s Infinite Light to flow through the Portal of Precipitation in order to fulfill several critical facets of the unfolding Divine Plan.

The people gathered in the Grand Tetons were joined in consciousness by hundreds of thousands of Lightworkers around the World who were tuning in daily and projecting their Light into the Forcefield of Precipitation in Wyoming. They were also joined by the entire Company of Heaven and the I AM Presence of every person on Earth. This occurred whether or not the person was consciously aware of what was taking place on the Planet.

In order to understand the significance of the Portal of Precipitation, it is important to know that Precipitation is the Activity of Light through which unformed primal Light is drawn directly from the Universe and converted into form. This is the Activity of Light that Humanity must use in order to return to an enlightened state of Christ Consciousness or tangibly manifest the patterns of perfection for the New Earth.

During the Opening Ceremonies on September 13, 2014, the Mighty Elohim who are the Builders of Form created a magnificent amphitheater of Light that encircled the Planet and extended into the Heavens as far as the eye could see. Once that was accomplished, the Elohim sent forth a Clarion Call invoking assistance from throughout the Cosmos. Every Being of Light throughout the whole of Creation responded by projecting an aspect of their luminous Presence into the amphitheater of Light. These precious Beings of Light, from Suns beyond Suns and Galaxies beyond Galaxies, selflessly volunteered to assist Humanity by holding the sacred space for the Activities of Light that were destined to be God Victoriously accomplished during that holy week.

On September 14th, an intensified activity of the Ascension Flame from Serapis Bey and his Legions of the Ascension Flame poured through the Portal of Precipitation. This influx of the Ascension Flame raised, at an atomic cellular level, the frequency of vibration within Humanity’s Earthly Bodies, the bodies of the Elemental Kingdom, and the Body of Mother Earth. This powerful Ascension process allowed the I AM Presence of every person on Earth to integrate into our physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies in new and more effective ways. Once that occurred, each person’s I AM Presence absorbed the Ascension Flame and breathed that Sacred Fire in, through, and around the fragmented and fear-based aspect of our human egos. The Ascension Flame raised the energy, vibration, and consciousness of our human egos the maximum that Cosmic Law would allow. This initiated a profound Healing within that wayward facet of Humanity’s fallen consciousness.

The Healing that took place between Humanity’s I AM Presences and our human egos transformed that aspect of our consciousness into a less fearful and more receptive and responsive state of being. That enabled our I AM Presence to Love that fragmented part of ourselves into a higher octave of Light in preparation for the Activities of Light that would take place the following day.

On September 15th, with the implants removed and the Healing that had taken place between Humanity’s I AM Presence and our fragmented human egos, our Mother God was able to accomplish something that she had been waiting for aeons of time to accomplish. On that sacred and holy day, our Mother God invoked the Feminine Aspects of Deity throughout Infinity to join her in an Activity of Light that would accelerate Humanity’s return to Christ Consciousness in miraculous ways. This was an event that Humanity had long anticipated, but never believed we would actually witness. It was a Baptism of the Holy Spirit by Sacred Fire. That is an Activity of Light that Humanity was told had to occur in order for the fallen Sons and Daughters of God to return to Christ Consciousness.

The Sacred Fire that the Holy Spirit used for this Baptism was the Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love. Our Mother God’s Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love is the most powerful force of Love in all Creation. It is this frequency of Love through which every particle and wave of Life is born, and within which all Life lives, moves, breathes, and has its Being. It is this Love that forms the foundation for the all-encompassing forcefield of Light that is literally the Body of God—the Divine Matrix. This is why it is said that “God is Love” and that “Love is ALL there is.”

The Divine Ceremony began with a resplendent procession of Light in which the Feminine Aspects of Deity throughout Infinity descended into the atmosphere of Earth and took their strategic positions around the Planet. In preparation for the Baptism of the Holy Spirit by Sacred Fire, these exponents of our Mother God embraced Humanity and all Life on Earth in an invincible forcefield of Divine Love

Next the Mighty Elohim took their positions around the Equator of the Earth and braced the Planet with powerful shafts of Light. Following that step of the Divine Plan, the Directors of the Elemental Kingdom prepared the Divine Intelligence within the air, water, earth, fire, and ether elements to withstand the unprecedented frequencies of our Mother God’s Transfiguring Divine Love which Humanity, the Elemental Kingdom, and Mother Earth were about to receive.

With that final phase of preparation, all was in readiness. Our Mother God—the Holy Spirit—sounded a Cosmic Keynote to alert all Creation of the miracle taking place on Planet Earth. The I AM Presence of every man, woman, and child on Earth stood in a state of reverent bliss as the long awaited Baptism of the Holy Spirit by Sacred Fire began to flow through the Portal of Precipitation into the core of purity within every particle and wave of Life on Earth.

Every person’s I AM Presence Inbreathed this Sacred Fire into their Crown Chakra and Pineal Gland. This activity prepared the Crown Chakra and Pineal Gland within the brains of the masses of Humanity for our ultimate return to Christ Consciousness. Once these spiritual brain centers were fully activated, the Baptism by Sacred Fire recalibrated each person’s right and left brain hemispheres bringing them into a frequency of balance that the masses of Humanity had not experienced since the implant was received millions of years ago.

Our Mother God’s Baptism by Sacred Fire permanently anchored within every person’s Heart Flame, and the core of purity within every particle and wave of Life on Earth, the most intensified frequencies of the Flame of Transfiguring Divine Love that the Sons and Daughters of God were capable of withstanding. That miraculous event paved the way for the facet of the Divine Plan that was destined to be fulfilled the following day.

On September 16th, an Activity of Light took place involving the Elders and Ancestors who are associated with the indigenous peoples of the World from all time frames and dimensions. These Beings of Light have been working with the Elemental Kingdom for millennia to try and heal the atrocities Humanity has inflicted on Mother Earth, and the schism that was created between Humanity and the Elemental Kingdom through those appalling abuses.

The Lightworkers gathered at the 28th Annual World Congress on Illumination joined with some of the indigenous people in Wyoming and created within our sanctuary a magnificent Crystalline Medicine Wheel. This powerful forcefield of Light was comprised of crystals, stones, pine branches, sage, flowers, water, fire, and many other expressions of the Elemental Kingdom. The Medicine Wheel was constructed in the front of the sanctuary and increased in frequency and momentum throughout the week.

As the Light intensified day by day, the Mighty Elohim and the Directors of the Elements breathed unprecedented frequencies of Healing Light through the Portal of Precipitation and projected it through the Medicine Wheel into the very Heart of Mother Earth. As this Healing Light merged with the Divine Momentum in the Heart of Mother Earth, it expanded exponentially through Earth’s Crystal Grid System. That influx of Healing Light created a stabilizing force within the Body of Mother Earth that calmed and nurtured the volcanic activity pulsating just below the surface of the Planet in Yellow Stone Park. It expanded through other vulnerable places in the Body of Mother Earth and had a calming and nurturing affect on Humanity’s physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies as well.

On September 16th, the indigenous Elders and Ancestors from all cultures and all time frames and dimensions traversed the Earth north, south, east, and west. These selfless advocates of the Elemental Kingdom took their strategic positions within the auras of every person on the Planet. Then through an extremely powerful Activity of Divine Alchemy, they worked with the I AM Presence of every person to help transfigure our carbon-based planetary bodies into higher reflections of our 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light Bodies.

After that Activity of Light, which took place in the morning, the Lightworkers at the 28th WCI spent the rest of the day sojourning throughout Jackson Hole National Park communing with the Elemental Kingdom and assimilating the amazing Healing they had received from the Elders that morning.

The indigenous Elders and Ancestors who blessed all Life on Earth so profoundly on that sacred day, have volunteered to remain within the atmosphere of Earth to assist Humanity and the Elemental Kingdom until our Ascension into the full embrace of the New Earth is complete.

On September 17th, the Company of Heaven who had been assisting us throughout that Life-transforming week, said that because of the successful facets of the Divine Plan that had been God Victoriously accomplished through the unified efforts of Heaven and Earth so far, our Father-Mother God were able to issue a Cosmic Dispensation that would assist Humanity even further. That dispensation was act of Divine Grace unprecedented in all Creation.

Divine Grace is a gift of Forgiveness, Mercy, and Compassion from our Father-Mother God beyond what the Sons and Daughters of God have earned. The act of Divine Grace Humanity and Planet Earth were gifted with that momentous day exceeded any previous definition of Divine Grace. I will try to put into words what actually occurred that day and what it will mean for Humanity, but I believe it is truly beyond the comprehension of our finite minds. It is something we are going to have to experience.

On the old Earth the negative energy from Humanity’s human miscreations is surfacing to be healed and transmuted back into Light. That phenomenon is what is causing the horrific events and the unbearable pain and suffering we are witnessing everywhere. Due to the myriad experiences we have all had at one time or another during our Earthly sojourns, we have many etheric records that resonate with the surfacing frequencies of pain and suffering. When the surfacing negativity passes through our Etheric Bodies, painful etheric records are often activated and we are pulled into the chaos as if it is real and part of our life now, which it is not. In fact, with the birth of the New Earth those old etheric records are totally obsolete. Sometimes through the subconscious memory of past lifetimes and events recorded in our Etheric Bodies, we mistakenly conjure up pain and suffering just as tangibly as we experienced it in the past. That is true no matter how many lifetimes ago the initial events may have occurred.

This problem is wreaking havoc on Earth and it is slowing down the manifestation of the patterns of perfection for the New Earth immeasurably. Even awakened Lightworkers who are totally aware of the birth of the New Earth, and the patterns of perfection associated with the new 5th-Dimensional frequencies of Crystalline Solar Light, are feeling like they are buried in a quagmire of misqualified energy and painful experiences from the past. This seems to be occurring no matter how hard the person tries to stay focused on the patterns of perfection for New Earth. That is why our Father-Mother God deemed it necessary to issue the Cosmic Dispensation that would gift Humanity with an unprecedented act of Divine Grace.

Their act of Divine Grace is unprecedented because we are in the midst of a unique experiment that has never been attempted in any system of Worlds. Never has a Planet that has fallen to the depths of the separation and duality associated with the old Earth been given the opportunity to Ascend into the frequencies of the New Earth in such a short period of time. We are truly in uncharted waters. Not even the Company of Heaven is sure how we can most effectively transmute the surfacing residue from the old Earth without getting pulled into the pain and suffering through the activation of our obsolete etheric records. That is why it was obvious to the entire Company of Heaven that in order for us to succeed in this Ascension process, a previously unknown Divine Intervention would be necessary.

The Activities of Light that took place on Planet Earth that auspicious day are complicated, but I will try and describe them to you step by step as we experienced them at the 28th WCI.

A GIFT OF DIVINE GRACE

In order to implement our Father-Mother God’s unprecedented gift of Divine Grace, Kuan Yin, Saint Germain, Archangel Michael, Serapis Bey, the Mighty Elohim, and several other powerful Beings of Light were summoned by our God Parents to carry out Activities of Light that would transform Humanity’s Earthly experience.

Kuan Yin is an august Being of Light associated with the Violet Flame and Divine Family Life. She is known as the Goddess of Mercy, Compassion, and Forgiveness. She is an exponent of our Mother God, and she is one of the many Feminine Aspects of Deity. For aeons of time, Kuan Yin has served our Father-Mother God and all Life evolving on this Planet in glorious and wondrous ways.

The first step of this Divine Plan involved Kuan Yin and her Legions of Mercy, Compassion, and Forgiveness. Through the sound of her Cosmic Keynote, Kuan Yin directed the Legions of Light from her Temple in the inner planes to descend through the Portal of Precipitation. Once these Beings of Light were in the atmosphere of Earth, Kuan Yin directed them to traverse the Planet and to enter the energy field of every person. This occurred whether the person was in or out of embodiment.

Next Saint Germain and Kuan Yin invoked the most powerful masculine and feminine frequencies of our Father-Mother God’s 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Violet Flame. Together they breathed that Sacred Fire into the Heart Flame of every person’s I AM Presence. With an act of Divine Intervention from Kuan Yin’s Legions of Light, a purging beyond anything that had ever been allowed for the Sons and Daughters of God took place.

During that momentous event, Humanity’s I AM Presences were given permission to transmute and remove from our Etheric Bodies the obsolete etheric records from all time frames and dimensions, both known and unknown, that were created after our fall from Grace. These were the human miscreations of separation and duality that we had completed and that no longer served as learning experiences for us. Those patterns of imperfection cannot exist on the New Earth, but they have been recorded in the Halls of Learning and the Schools of Sacred Knowledge in the inner planes. Now future Sons and Daughters of God throughout all Creation will be able to learn about the illusions of separation and duality without ever having to physically experience the unbearable pain and suffering caused by them on Planet Earth.

After the purging of Humanity’s etheric bodies, Mother Earth received a similar purging through the Akashic Records on the old Earth. During that activity, the obsolete human miscreations that were no longer serving as learning experiences for Humanity or the Elemental Kingdom were transmuted and removed. This amazing purging process greatly reduced the obsolete etheric records that can be reactivated by the remaining negativity from the old Earth as it is pushed to the surface to be healed. That surfacing negativity involves the human miscreations that Humanity has yet to complete and the etheric records that we still need to learn something from.

The Company of Heaven said that as the effects of this purging process filter into our life experiences, we will notice how much less negativity is occurring in our lives as we focus on cocreating the patterns of perfection for the New Earth.

Once the purging was complete, Archangel Michael was summoned from the Great Silence where he and the Lords of Power under his command had been preparing for the next facet of our Father-Mother God’s Divine Grace.

Through an act of Divine Intervention that seemed miraculous even to Mother Earth, Archangel Michael and his Legions of Power and Protection were given permission to encapsulate the old Earth in a Ring Pass Not – of God’s First Cause of Perfection. This Ring is a powerful Forcefield of Light that encircles in White Lightning whatever it is placed around. This gift from Archangel Michael prevents anything that is not of the Light from passing in or out of the circle. This means that negativity from outside of the circle cannot amplify or exacerbate anything within the circle, and negativity from within the circle cannot amplify or exacerbate anything that is outside of the circle. Every frequency of Light from our Father-Mother God or anywhere else in the Universe will, however, easily pass into or out of the circle, thus amplifying exponentially all of the positive energy inside or outside of the circle.

This incredibly powerful Forcefield of Light created the sacred space that allowed Mother Earth to breathe the old Earth into the Divine Momentum in the center of the New Earth. The old Earth will now be held in the embrace of Mother Earth’s Love until every particle and wave of Humanity’s remaining misqualified energy and corresponding etheric records are healed and transmuted into Light. This necessary healing of the old Earth will now occur without causing unintended negative consequences for Humanity or any part of Life.

Once this step of the Divine Plan was complete, the Mighty Elohim directed their Legions of Power to descend through the Portal of Precipitation. These incredibly powerful Beings of Light took their positions within all of the vulnerable places in the body of Mother Earth. They projected their luminous Presences into all of the cracks, faults, fissures, and tectonic plates in the body of Mother Earth reinforcing this Elemental substance with frequencies of 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Light.

Next the Legions of Power associated with the Elohim reinforced all of the wounds in the body of Mother Earth that had been created through mining, drilling for oil, fracking, and nuclear testing. When this step of the plan was complete, Serapis Bey and the Legions of the Ascension Flame descended through the Portal of Precipitation to participate in an Activity of Light that would move this Earth and all her Life a quantum leap up the Spiral of Evolution.

Under the guidance of Serapis Bey, the Legions of the Ascension Flame descended into the Temple within the Sun of Even Pressure which exists within the center of the Earth. This is where the Heart Flame of Mother Earth is anchored. It is also the place where the axis for the North Pole and the axis for the South Pole are united into one mighty shaft of Light.

Serapis Bey’s Legions breathed the most intensified frequencies of the Ascension Flame that the Earth had ever received into the axis of the Earth. That influx of the Ascension Flame allowed Mother Earth to adjust her Spiritual Axis into perfect alignment with the Core of Creation. Once that was accomplished, our Father-Mother God breathed the Earth and all her Life up the Spiral of Evolution into higher frequencies of the 5th Dimension than we have ever experienced.

In this greatly amplified frequency of the 5th Dimension, the I AM Presence of every person is able to receive and effectively assimilate new and more profound frequencies of the Twelve Solar Aspects of Deity through our Twelvefold 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Spines. The Twelve Solar Aspects of Deity pulsating through our Twelve 5th-Dimensional Solar Chakras are now pulsating with higher and greatly enhanced frequencies of Divine Colors, Fragrances, Qualities, and Etheric Essences. This is going to greatly empower our ability to complete the transmutation of the patterns of imperfection on the old Earth and our ability to manifest the patterns of perfection for the New Earth.

THE TWELVE 5TH-DIMENSIONAL SOLAR ASPECTS OF DEITY

The new frequencies of the Twelve 5th-Dimensional Solar Aspects of Deity are now flowing through Humanity’s Twelve Solar Chakras and the corresponding Solar Meridians in our 5th-Dimensional Solar Spines. The Light radiates through our Solar Chakras in a different way. Each 5th-Dimensional Solar Chakra radiates all Twelve Solar Aspects of Deity simultaneously. This is done through a multifaceted Ray of Divine Light that is called The Circle of the Sacred Twelve.

1. The 1st Solar Aspect of Deity is Sapphire Blue and pulsates with the Divine Qualities of God’s Will, Illumined Faith, Power, Protection, and God’s First Cause of Perfection.

2. The 2nd Solar Aspect of Deity is Sunshine Yellow and pulsates with the Divine Qualities of Enlightenment, Wisdom, Illumination, Understanding, Perception, Constancy, and Christ Consciousness.

3. The 3rd Solar Aspect of Deity is Crystalline Pink and pulsates with the Divine Qualities of Transfiguring Divine Love, Tolerance, Adoration, Oneness, and Reverence for ALL Life.

4. The 4th Solar Aspect of Deity is White and pulsates with the Divine Qualities of Purity, Hope, the Immaculate Concept, Restoration, Resurrection, and Ascension.

5. The 5th Solar Aspect of Deity is Emerald Green and pulsates with the Divine Qualities of Illumined Truth, Healing, Consecration, Concentration, and Inner Vision.

6. The 6th Solar Aspect of Deity is Ruby-Gold and pulsates with the Divine Qualities of Ministering Grace, Healing, Devotional Worship, and Peace.

7. The 7th Solar Aspect of Deity is Violet and pulsates with the Divine Qualities of Freedom, Liberty, Justice, Victory, Mercy, Compassion, Forgiveness, Transmutation, and God’s Infinite Perfection.

8. The 8th Solar Aspect of Deity is Aquamarine and pulsates with the Divine Qualities of Clarity, Lucidity, Divine Perception, and Discernment.

9. The 9th Solar Aspect of Deity is Magenta and pulsates with the Divine Qualities of Harmony, Balance, Assurance, and Confidence.

10. The 10th Solar Aspect of Deity is Gold and pulsates with the Divine Qualities of Eternal Peace, Prosperity, Abundance, and the God Supply of ALL Good Things.

11. The 11th Solar Aspect of Deity is Peach and pulsates with the Divine Qualities of Divine Purpose, Enthusiasm, and Joy.

12. The 12th Solar Aspect of Deity is Opal and pulsates with the Divine Qualities of Transformation and Transfiguration.

In our 5th-Dimensional Solar Spines, every Chakra reflects ALL of the Aspects of Deity ALL of the time. If we want to amplify one of the Aspects of Deity for a particular reason or in a particular situation, we simply ask our I AM Presence to increase that specific Divine Quality, and it will instantly expand through all Twelve Solar Chakras.

For instance, if we want to increase the Divine Quality of Healing through our physical bodies and project it to a person or a location on Earth, we just ask our I AM Presence to amplify the 5th Solar Aspect of Healing. The Emerald Green Light instantly begins to blaze through all Twelve of our Solar Chakras until each one becomes a resplendent Emerald Sun of Healing. If we want to increase Love, we ask our I AM Presence to amplify the 3rd Solar Aspect of Divine Love, and the Crystalline Pink Light begins to blaze through all Twelve of our Solar Chakras until each one becomes a resplendent pink Sun of Divine Love. Our I AM Presence always monitors the situation, and when the appropriate amount of Healing or Divine Love has been projected through our physical, etheric, mental, and emotional bodies, the Circle of the Sacred Twelve returns to perfect balance in each Solar Chakra.

We can amplify one or more Aspects of Deity through our 5th-Dimensional Solar Chakras anytime we want to, and we can do it as often as we like according to the need of the hour and our service to the Light.

CLOSING CEREMONIES

On September 18th, after the monumental events that had transpired during the first days of the 28th Annual World Congress on Illumination, and the awe inspiring gifts of Amazing Grace Humanity and Mother Earth received from our Father-Mother God the day before, we were ready for the final Activities of Light. These were facets of the Divine Plan that the Company of Heaven told us would complete the necessary changes that would assure the ultimate return to Christ Consciousness for every man, woman, and child on Earth.

Our Closing Ceremonies began with an Activity of Light during which the patterns of perfection for the New Earth were breathed through the Portal of Precipitation and anchored in every person’s Heart Flame by his or her I AM Presence. These are the patterns that awakened Lightworkers have been magnetizing from the Core of Creation on behalf of all Humanity for several years. The Beings of Light in the Realms of Illumined Truth have assured us that these patterns are manifesting now and with the clearing of Humanity’s Etheric Bodies and the encapsulation of the old Earth in Archangel Michael’s Ring Pass Not – of God’s First Cause of Perfection, we are going to experience these patterns tangibly in our lives much sooner than outer appearances indicate.

PATTERNS OF PERFECTION FOR THE NEW EARTH

I AM my I AM Presence and I AM One with the I AM Presence of ALL Humanity.

As One Heartbeat, One Breath, One Voice, and One Energy, Vibration, and Consciousness of Pure Divine Love we Invoke our omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent Father-Mother God, the Cosmic I AM—All That Is—and the entire Company of Heaven.

Powers of Light, join with the I AM Presence of every man, woman, and child on Earth as we breathe the patterns of perfection for the New Earth through the Portal of Precipitation, and into the world of form through every person’s Heart Flame.

And we begin…

I AM magnetizing the Infinite Flow of God’s Abundance, Opulence, Financial Freedom, and the God-Supply of ALL good things into my life and the lives of ALL Humanity.

I AM magnetizing Eternal Youth, Vibrant Health, Radiant Beauty, and Flawless Form into my life and the lives of ALL Humanity.

I AM magnetizing perfect Health Habits, perfect Eating and Drinking Habits, perfect Exercise, Work, Relaxation, and Recreation Habits, and perfect Spiritual Devotion, Meditation, and Contemplation Habits into my life and the lives of ALL Humanity.

I AM magnetizing Divine Family Life, Loving Relationships, Adoration, Divine Love, Divine Sexuality, True Understanding, Clear and Effective Communication, Open Heart Sharing, Oneness, and the Unification of the Family of Humanity into my life and the lives of ALL Humanity.

I AM magnetizing Eternal Peace, Divine Government, Cooperation, Fairness, Balance, Harmony, and Reverence for ALL Life into my life and the lives of ALL Humanity.

I AM magnetizing Self-Empowerment, Success, Fulfillment, Divine Purpose, A Rewarding Career, Self Esteem, Spiritual Development, Enlightenment, Divine Consciousness, and Clear Perception into my life and the lives of ALL Humanity.

I AM magnetizing Open Heart and Mind Telepathic Communication with the Company of Heaven and the Angelic and Elemental Kingdoms into my life and the lives of ALL Humanity.

I AM magnetizing Creativity through Music, Singing, Sound, Toning, Dance, Movement, Art, and Education into my life and the lives of ALL Humanity.

I AM magnetizing Laughter, Joy, Playfulness, Fun, Self-expression, Elation, Enthusiasm, Bliss, Ecstasy, Wonder, and Awe into my life and the lives of ALL Humanity.

I AM magnetizing Heaven on Earth, our Planetary CAUSE of Divine Love, and our Renaissance of Divine Love into my life and the lives of ALL Humanity.

I AM my I AM Presence and I ACCEPT and KNOW that these patterns of perfection for the New Earth are manifesting in my life and the lives of ALL Humanity with every breath I take.

I also ACCEPT and KNOW that my Father-Mother God’s 5th-Dimensional Crystalline Solar Violet Flame is instantly transmuting any thought, feeling, word, action, belief, or memory I may express that would prevent these patterns of Divine Love from manifesting in my life or the lives of ALL Humanity.

In deep Humility, Divine Love, and Gratitude I Decree,

It is done. And so it is.

 

RETURN TO CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS

The final step of the unfolding Divine Plan for the 28th WCI was an Activity of Light that began the initial impulse of the ultimate return to Christ Consciousness within the masses of Humanity. The following is a glimpse of the process that initiated that Cosmic Event.

I AM my I AM Presence and I AM One with the I AM Presence of ALL Humanity. What I invoke for myself I invoke on behalf of every man, woman, and child on Earth in perfect alignment with each person’s Divine Plan and the highest good for all concerned.

On the Holy Breath, I now breathe in and out deeply and rhythmically through my Heart Chakra. With every Inbreath, I align with the Transfiguring Divine Love of my Mother God and the Sacred Fire Breath of the Holy Spirit.

With every Outbreath, my Mother God opens my Heart Chakra to new breadths and projects her unfathomable Love into the physical plane of Earth.

Through this Activity of Light, the portal within my right-brain hemisphere and my Heart Chakra, through which the Love of my Mother God originally flowed to bless all Life on Earth, is once again opening to full breadth.

As the full Divine Potential of my Mother God’s Pink Flame of Love pulsates through my Heart Chakra, it is brought into perfect balance with my Father God’s Blue Flame of Power within the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame in my heart.

This newly balanced Threefold Flame in my heart has a dual pulsation. The first pulsation is the Inbreath—assimilating and absorbing the Power and Love of my Father-Mother God, and the second pulsation is the Outbreath—expanding and radiating out the Power and Love of my Father-Mother God.

Because of this dual activity, my Heart Flame is both the portal into the Pure Land of Boundless Splendor and Infinite Light within me, as well as the Source of all of the Divine Blessings from my Father-Mother God to Humanity and Planet Earth.

My Threefold Flame is the inward portal for my return to Christ Consciousness, as well as the connection with my I AM Presence and the Company of Heaven. It is also the Open Door through which the blessings from my Father-Mother God and the Realms of Illumined Truth will radiate outward into my daily life.

Now that the portal through which my Mother God’s Divine Love flows is open to full breadth, the Blue Flame of my Father God’s Power and the Pink Flame of my Mother God’s Love are perfectly balanced within the Divinity of my Heart Flame.

These two aspects of my Father-Mother God now merge into the magnificent Violet Flame of God’s Infinite Perfection. This Sacred Fire blazes up from my Heart Chakra and expands into my physical brain structure, activating my pineal, pituitary, and hypothalamus glands, and the ganglionic center at the base of my brain.

This activation of my spiritual brain centers creates the sacred space for the opening of my Crown Chakra. As this occurs, a greatly intensified frequency of the Yellow-gold Flame of Wisdom, Enlightenment, Illumination, and Christ Consciousness begins flowing from my I AM Presence into my pineal gland. This intensified Yellow-gold Flame is anchored within the Threefold Flame in my heart.

With this influx of Light the full Divine Momentum of Christ Consciousness now flows through my Crown Chakra and my pineal gland into my mental and emotional bodies. As I return to Christ Consciousness, my heart and mind are recalibrated to higher frequencies of Oneness and Reverence for Life than I have experienced since Humanity’s fall from Grace aeons ago.

In this enlightened state of Christ Consciousness, I AM able to easily communicate with my I AM Presence, my Father-Mother God, and the entire Company of Heaven through the natural process of open heart and mind telepathic communication.

I realize now, as never before, that Christ Consciousness is my Divine Birthright as a Beloved Son or Daughter of God. Through this level of consciousness I AM One with my Father-Mother God and every particle and wave of Life throughout the whole of Creation. As I live, move, breath, and have my Being within the elevated state of Christ Consciousness, all that my Father-Mother God have is mine. I now KNOW that the Path of Divine Love is the Way, the Truth, and the Life for every Son and Daughter of God.

With the God Victorious return of my Mother God, and my return to Christ Consciousness, I now have the ability to assimilate the entire nature of God’s Divine Love into my Heart Flame on every Inbreath, as I rise endlessly toward the Supreme Source of all Life. And on every Outbreath, I have the ability to expand the patterns of perfection for the New Earth into the world of form, greatly enhancing my ability to cocreate Heaven on Earth.

Through this higher level of Christ Consciousness, my Mother God’s radiant and all encompassing Transfiguring Divine Love is now pouring through my Heart Chakra without designating favor to a particular person, place, condition or thing. Her Love is giving a healing, impersonal benediction to every particle and wave of Life on Earth. The power and magnetic Love of my Mother God is anointing all Life with an equal opportunity to respond. Every Son and Daughter of God is being given both the blessing and the responsibility of being an Open Door for our Mother God’s exquisite Love.

Every person now has the opportunity to become an Instrument of God vested with the power to change the feeling worlds of all with whom he or she comes in contact. This will be accomplished not through our human will, but through the balanced power of the Flame of Divinity now blazing in our hearts.

Through Christ Consciousness and the full Divine Momentum of my Mother God’s Love I now realize…

I AM a Force of God moving upon this Planet.

I AM an upward rushing force of vibration and consciousness which is the Immortal Victorious Threefold Flame pulsating within my Heart.

My Heart Flame is the electronic aura spiraling around me. God’s Infinite Light flows through my aura.

I AM a Christ Conscious Being of Very Powerful Light.

I AM ONE with all Light, I AM That I AM.
