Reconnective Yoga Class Saturday, January 14th with Beth Polito

This e-mail that I received from Group member Beth Polito invites all to her first  of many, 2012  Reconnective Yoga classes.

I can personally attest to the power and ease of the class and I think you’ll all enjoy attending.

In the same way that fiber optics and DSL have accelerated the transmittal of electronic data throughout the world, you can now enhance your yoga practice using Reconnective Healing® frequencies. Reconnective Yoga unites yoga with Reconnective Healing and offers a powerful new way to align your body, mind and spirit. You will connect to higher levels of energy, light and information that bring your entire being into balance. These new frequencies move in a focused and directed way to broaden your abilities while you gracefully flow through your asanas. As you further expand your yoga practice, you will discover and explore new physical capabilities and a deeper spiritual connection. This is a unique and transformative vehicle for concentration and meditation. You’ll experience direct alignment with the universe and discover a whole new dimension of yoga!
