What We Did In Group February 27, 2011

What We Did In February 2011 Group

We had a great Group last Sunday following the outstanding success and clear coherence created at the RPA Annual Teleconference the day before.

Carol, Gladys and Joie were responsible for not only creating a wonderful afternoon conference for all who attended, but they also created The Loving Heart Repatterning: Entrainment with the Universal Heart. It is a soulful, generous and extraordinarily powerful repatterning .

Carol’s keynote presentation, complete with Power Point illustrations that Joie put online for us all to see, was so exciting that  I urge everyone who wasn’t there to buy the recording of the event from the RPA. You can simply click Register here on the following page to do so. http://www.rpamembers.org

Merrill, Gladys, Carol, Harriet and Beth were physically present in Group on Sunday, other Group members Trinket, Paula, Shyama and Joie were proxied in to the work we did.

We spent a lot of time looking at the  “keys” in the new Resonance Repatterning Transforming Primary Patterns manual written by Chloe Faith Wordsworth.  There are some significant changes in the protocols in Orientation, Problems Into Opportunites and Intentions for A New Possibility that we explored.

There was a question and answer part of our day. Carol asked

  • “what does one do when clients still resonate “off” for positive statements and still “on” for negatives after a thorough session and several modalities (and all the water and Muscle Checking reviews one can do!)?”
  • What do you do in a group workshop when you are muscle checking individuals to see if they are resonating with, for example, their Vision/Board, and they have never had a Resonance Repatterning session and an individual is resistant to muscle checking?

For the first question we suggested in this situation that if a Positive action is determined to be necessary to integrate parts of the session, the practitioner can then use a future proxy muscle check with the client.

That would sound like “ This is a future proxy muscle check. Sam has completed his positive actionon Sunday. It is Monday.” Then muscle check the previously uncleared statements and our experience is that most of the time the statements will have been cleared.

We can do this, according Lynn McTaggert, the author of the Intention Experiment, because there really is not sequential time. All realms of time are simultaneous. Check out her website at http://www.theintentionexperiment.com/

In response to the second question we suggested that when working with a group of people who are new to Resonance Repatterning and the way muscle checking is used in the system it is best to use one person as the group’s “arm. This is  because if one or more person is unreceptive to the process, the energy will be balanced out in the total energy of the group.

We did a Group Repatterning using Intentions for a New Possibility. We used a combination of the new protocols and our familiar Rainbow book. Our main intention that we are now resonating with is “I have joy, peace, security, energy and optimism in my life, in my heart and in my mind.” In a few days check out the Love From NYC page on this blog to see more of our new intentions.

The last statement of the Repatterning was “ I am 100% committed to have joy, peace, security, energy and optimism in my heart and in my mind with focus and receptivity to the unexpected and I accept the Divine plan for my life.”

That led us to our final discussion of the day which was what Group members individually thought about the relationship between Free will and Divine will, and if Divine will does exist, how that works with free will?

More about that topic will be shared at another time.

Notes for The 2011 Seminar Series Students

Hi Everyone,

I hope that you are as excited as I am that we only have to wait until next weekend to be learning more with each other again.

As you can see in my announcement to the Group, our new books are already here so I am starting to prepare for our class.

During our next seminar we will be expanding what we know about the Feeling Pause and what we already know about finding the note, or frequency associated with a new Intention and its positive related feeling.

In preparation for the expansion of finding the note you’ll learn next weekend, make sure you are thoroughly comfortable with what we’ve learned to do already on p.35.c, or p. 60.F, or p. 71.G., or p.82. G or  p.91.G  in Fundamentals.

This week and next week, spend a little time practicing the “Feeling Pause” (first written on p. 57-58.D and in each of the repatternings),  with a pillow or a stuffed animal as your client.

Notice that the first phase, the slow relaxed nose breathing that you model for the client and tell him/her to use, is the prime action that ensures that the client relaxes him/herself into their body.

Once they are back in the body, we first ask them to become aware of the sensations they are feeling and then to associate these constricted sensations with the emotions they are feeling.

Next, we ask the client to communicate their emotion. We communicate that we heard the client say ” I feel _____” by looking at the client with our soft focused gaze. We underscore their communication by telling them we are standing in for an ideal person who hears them, accepts them and loves them.

The next part is the physical release of the residual bodily sensations and emotions and tensions that have been held in . In the Katsugen, the unwinding from the inside of the body takes palce.

Finally, the process is finished with a silent pause for the person to integrate the changes.

Have fun with your practicing this week and if you can come to group this week, you are more than welcome!

With love,light, laughter and gratitude,

Meryl

A Question From Beth

Hi Meryl

I had a client ask me a question the other day and wanted to get your input.  She is participating in my Lunar Repatterning Proxy Group, and expressed concern that the “energy of the group” would affect her negatively while she was on vacation.  She was worried that she was going to “take on” the problems of others in the group.  I explained that we set a very clear intention with this work that the shifts that take place are for the highest good of the group, and of all concerned, and that we only process those shifts our system needs.  It is not in her highest good, or anyone’s really, to “work on” problems that belong to others!

I am wondering if you want to expand on this at all?  It seems to be a concern others have…that they are “sensitive” to others’ energies, and that they are in some way more affected than others.  I believe we are all connected and all one, and we do not need to take on things that are not a part of our journey.  Just wondering what you think?

Thanks!!
Love
Beth

Hi Dear Beth,

Thank you for this wonderful question. My understanding and experience has been that in group work and particularly in proxy groups, each person’s higher self sorts out every kind of energetic input so that each individual receives exactly and only what is needed for them.

Additionally, if a person is experiencing “taking on” of others’ energies, I would strongly suggest that they learn and practice doing “Zip- Ups” on a regular basis.

For those who do not know what thee are, you place one of your hands, flat, in front of your body, starting in the center of the body at the top of the pubic bone. Bring the hand up to the indentation between the chin and the lips. Pause. When repeating the movement, move the hand to the side and then down so as not to “un-zip” the energy.

This simple technique pulls up the energy of all the meridians in the front of the body and “insulates” the person so they can easily be in their own center no matter what is going on around them.

Also, I would suggest teaching them to connect with their tenth chakra, two to three feet below the bottom of their feet, again so that they are impervious to the pulls of other energy and are strongly grounded in the earth.

More information on the tenth chakra can be found on this blog in the book review of Cyndi Dale’s Chakra book and in the discussion of what happened in Group in December 2010.

If anyone else has some ideas about Beth’s question, please leave your comments.
