Another Tool to Nourish Myself and My Practice

I am continuing to use Mark Silver’s Rembrance process as many times a day as I can.  Last week I introduced his work and gave a little  information about how his business www.heartof business.com is enriching my life and my work.

This week I have added to that technique a new, very easy process to ground myself more deeply to the earth than I have been before. All I do is imagine my symbol that energetically anchors me to my tenth chakra and I recall it right after I open my heart more with the Remembrance process.

You can learn about how to discover your own tenth chakra symbol by reading the article What Happened in December Group in this week’s Newsletter.

I have been sharing this new tool whenever I muscle check it to be appropriate with my clients this week and not surprisingly many of the issues and Repatternings done this week  related to this material.

Personally, I have found using my symbol to connect me to my tenth chakra to be as if Mother Earth is feeding me pure sustaining nutrients. In a difficult situation this week I opened my heart and recalled my new symbol. Obstacles to clear communication seemed to disappear and peace was easily restored in the relationship.

Try it.. I bet you’ll like it. Then  please tell us all about it right here!

How I Nourish Myself and My Practice

Since July I have found two sources of support for my business that are not only nourishing, but they have allowed me to generate even more energy and excitement for my work than I have had recently.

I have never considered myself a business person, so putting together a vision and plan for my work to attract the best people that match my skills was not my strong point. I have been working with Carolyn Winter ( My oracle and business coach) to take the plunge and learn to use the new tools that support my business Intentions. My updated website and this blog is the first result,( even though it is clearly a work in progress). Carolyn has many ongoing and new programs to offer Practitioners in developing their practices. One way to contact her is through her blog  http://CarolynWinter.wordpress.com

You’ll be so glad that you did contact her.

Another very profound way that I have found to nourish myself in my private practice especially is through the work of Mark Silver. His business is called the Heart of Business. When you subscribe to his blog http://www.heartofbusiness.com/ you can get his free download called Getting to the Core of Your Business. I have found the process presented in this download, The Remembrance process,   to be incredibly nourishing to my heart and my work. More about his work and my experiences with Mark at a later time.

Reminder- RSVP here for Group on Sunday

I am also an ongoing member of the Lunation Proxy Group and I am always gratified to find that even when I don’t get a chance to put in my own Intentions for the week, the session notes always reflect exactly what I would have contributed.
