I’m writing this post on July 4th and wishing all of humanity the joy of freedom in every moment of our lives. Happy Independence Day!!!!!
For a very long time I have held the belief that although we can clear our histories and our attachment to past stories that predetermine our futures, we ultimately can not 100% orchestrate our lives no matter how clear the energy of our intentions.
Our potent free will can only go so far because we as humans have limited access to the overall picture in any given moment. Because we are not the totality of all that is we can not know the ultimate significance and impact of our energetic transmissions and all that we are, think, do , believe and feel. We can not know exactly how our piece fits in the larger picture of all that is.
Additionally, no matter how aligned we may be with our intention there is always the factor of chaos. As John Lennon succinctly said, “Life happens while we are making other plans”.
What stood out most in Lee’s July forecast was the following paragraph. “If you can start to understand that this life is a gift from moment to moment, it helps you divorce yourself from some of the entitlement and attachment that we have been trained to think we should have around our lives, what should happen. Life is a crap shoot, for want of a better term, and that may annoy some of you that I said that. Because I get that your belief is that we have a way of directing the energy of our life, and I subscribe to that too. But, within that direction, there is also a randomness and spiritual symmetry to our lives that is way beyond any human ego desire or belief about what you can or can’t do.”
So the way of our thriving and growing in these times of vast planetary changes is to focus more and more on each moment right now. Quantum physics tells us that all that exists is the present now moment. All spiritual and enlightenment leaders have focused on training us to be in our now.
Aside from the energetic strength and clarity of Rikka’s calls, the concept of 120% presence that she brings is both freeing and very powerful. Her teachings about how to live in the infinite possibility of the now is very exciting and works well with the messages that Lee brings this month.

Hello and welcome to the July Energy Forecast.
There’s a lot going on right now energetically. There has been a lot going on for many weeks ,and there will be no sign of letup throughout this summer.
Energy waves that are pulsing everybody are pushing people into all sorts of areas in themselves. The opportunity is expansion, but sometimes the story that accompanies what precedes your expansion is difficulty, fear and extreme fear has come up for people in the last few weeks at a whole new level.
If you think about how we work as energy systems, what happens is if we have an opening in our heart or in our mind, it immediately starts affecting all of the other areas. This is why we’re never a finished canvas. The shamans talk about life as a journey on a spiral path and the Z’s have often spoken to me about the energy of the spiral within all of us.
So sometimes you don’t feel like you’re at the top of yourself or your higher self, but what tends to be happening in those moments is that you’re simply going elsewhere in yourself, into an area of you that is perhaps a little tighter. And it’s often in response to an opening that you have just had or are having. So this is where the mind’s ‘self-talk’ around judgment or around assessment becomes very, very benign the more you open up. It’s the gift of opening up, because it helps you see so clearly the minds limited thought patterns – which I know I’ve talked a lot about the last few months. But this opening energy is why many of you will be entering into mental confusion right now. The mind cannot grasp this new way of being as it is unlike the past, where we used the external structures in our world as a way of experiencing things,
So, for example, many people believe that they needed to have a marriage or a partner in their life to experience great love and intimacy. It’s true and it’s untrue. On the one hand you could say that the great partnership will allow someone the safety and the holding that they need in order to really open. But you can have that with a taxi driver in any given moment, and that reality is actually the better truth for our world that we can all learn to open up to.
We are being both forced to open up and we are choosing to open up right now, so what’s happening is all of the structures around us that used to be the way we opened are literally dying because they can no longer sustain themselves. They were there to help us open and to feel, and now we are at a place as a planet where the speed of opening is ferocious. So those structures are starting to disappear as they are no longer needed. So many people worry about the thing they’re losing in their life and want to hold onto it as they believe that if ‘it’ goes away, they won’t be able to feel what ‘it’ currently brings to them, and of course this is an illusion of the mind. This is the ‘self-talk’ I’m talking about. Because how does your mind possibly know what the future holds? The mind is always referencing the past, where your safety and expansion is concerned.
In my own experiences in the last couple of months I’ve gone through, many of the themes of the energy forecasts have arisen for me during the month (because they affect me also). At these times I often remember, “Oh okay, this is what’s going on”. As the intimacy in your body, your heart and in your way of relating with the world starts to increase, so too do some of the shadows and the fears that you maybe hadn’t previously experienced or seen. So this is why working with your body on a daily basis is going to be vital for balance at the moment.
So I’m here talking to you guys through a camera lens right now, delivering this forecast which is part of my current function/role in the world. But what I can do during the delivery of this, is I can just stop talking, (long pause and Lee looks at camera) and as I stop the talking, it’s even easier for me to open my heart and to feel my body. I’m not saying that the words are a problem or that you can’t open your heart through words. Because the truth is, in so much of our society, the heart opening takes place because people’s words give others permission to feel.
So for example, some people in a relationship will go deeper in intimacy when they hear the other person say “I love you” to them. It’s not a bad thing and can be a wonderful thing, but what I’m saying is, investigate where and how you give yourself permission to feel this month.
Investigate where you say, “Oh, I can be happy now because I’m not working.”
Investigate working, and see if you can bring the same happiness that you feel when you’re not working into your workplace. There will be two things that may be a barrier for you in this:
1)Your own patterns; your own patterns of behavior, and the way that you move through your work and what you’ve learnt to do that is still running the show rather than authentic presence.
2)The openness or resistance levels of other people.
You can tell when you are, shall we say, pushing someone too much with your intimacy or openness. Because they will react in a way that will recoil, pull back from you, or need to slightly push you away.
So for example, if I am being too much for someone on a heart level, they will recoil. If I meet someone that I’ve met once before and I’m happy to see them again (because I remember them), I may go to embrace them, and often in doing this, you’ll feel the person go , “Ooh, um – then they will shake your hand or they’ll embrace you, but they’ll just kind stiffen up a little bit. Or step back from you because they weren’t expecting or ready for such openness.
This is what I mean when I talk about being an intimacy leader (see June Forecast). Because the truth is that all of us would rather have a connected world. We would all rather have connected experiences with each other. But we have been taught to segment that in our society. We have been taught to place that framework of intimacy into our family relationships, our best friend, our lover, our employer, people we employ. However it works for you; whatever the frameworks are, what you will be starting to recognize is that your own personal frameworks are starting to disappear. So invite yourself to transcend the old frameworks of safety.
That’s quite scary. Because if you start removing the framework where you knew it was safe to feel, you suddenly have to tell yourself it’s safe to feel all of the time. And this can push you through dark night of the soul and it can push you into incredible bliss. And what tends to happen previously is we needed recovery time for these levels of intimacy to enter our bodies. So after intimacy, you might have a moment where you say to yourself ‘I’m feeling quite overstimulated, I just need to take 10 minutes out for myself or take a day’.
What I’m suggesting is that most of us now, especially those of you watching this and interested in and experiencing energetics in the way that I talk about them, it really doesn’t need to be a day-long recovery process. Maybe even as recently as a year ago you needed that, but what you will find now is your own patterns or your own mind will say “I’ve been burning it hard for six days so I now need to recover otherwise I’m in danger of overdoing it or being over-stimulated.”
The thing about the energy waves that we’re using right now on the planet is not only are they here to open us, but they are here to enhance and support everything we’re doing. So you can stay open for longer than ever before also.
Yes, everything is going on faster around us. But we also engage with what’s going on around us energetically – we aren’t separate from it. And so when we get over the fear of that speed and we get used to what’s going on at the speed level, we realize we have more stamina than we’ve probably ever had in our lives. And so what you can do by opening to the energies around you, is you can start to let them in the body.
Occasionally, like the person I just demonstrated who slightly recoils from my big embrace, occasionally we will recoil and we will stop. And we will feel that in the body or we will hear a story in the mind about why it isn’t safe to open right now.
If you try and look at the details of your life right now and the story of your life and what is going on in the framework, I promise it won’t make any sense. That’s going on for everyone.
If you try and access what’s going on for you through only ‘the mind’ now, you’re going to either process some emotion out of you, (which can be good and can be useful to a certain degree), but you’re also going to get confused. It’s not going to feel tangible. It’s not going to make sense. This mental part of you has got very, very small as the rest of you has expanded. And so this is why you have to now reference the energy in the body as a starting point.
So that’s why I was saying if I just stop talking to you all, and stop the words and take a moment to just see how am I feeling? (Lee stops and looks at camera) How is doing this affecting me? Am I still centered in my interaction with all of you – which I do experience as an interaction, even though you’re represented by a camera lens , I can kind of feel you all – how centered am I still feeling? And finding your center is a dance and it’s an art and, for want of a better term, it’s a discipline.
I don’t like the word discipline when people put judgmental or heavy connotations on it, but there is a truth around disciplining yourself to have a routine of checking in with how am I doing? How am I doing? What is the mind saying to this idea? Probably ‘well I haven’t got time to check in with how I’m doing because there are so many people around me in need/things I need to do’.
Yes, but those people and things need your center, not your chaos. The world is chaotic right now and it will continue to be so for a while. People are suddenly in shock that everything is changing around them faster than their minds can comprehend, and faster than they realized their emotional body was going to have to keep up with. This is because for many years the emotional body has been put in the backseat of the car and the mind has been driving. Well, now the emotional body is at the steering wheel, which is very scary at times. Because those of you who drive, know that you don’t want to be driving in an emotional state. But your emotions are getting clearer so you are safer to drive in a more sensory way. So that’s why it’s important to just regularly keep coming back into yourself, your body and calming down, because as I mentioned, the resistance to opening more inner feeling will be twofold –either your own barriers or the collective.
If I was standing here trying to do this forecast with 10 angry people standing behind this camera, all furious, it would be very, very difficult for me to do this the way I’m doing it now. Because their barriers and energy levels would be strong. So understanding that is part of your energy mastery.
We in the self-development world ,and I include myself in the group that went through this (about 10-15 years ago in my own personal case), we’ve had a fairly hard and judgmental set of language and rules applied to our expansion.
So things like;
you’ve got wounds,
you’ve got resistance,
you’re judging,
You know, if you really dealing with those energies they’re heavy. So if you then start adding those heavy words and energies to your process it can be very useful if you’ve ingested low self belief, heaviness, abuse energies. If that’s your story, heavy words toward yourself can be the very thing the catalyses the original energies back out the body. But there comes a point when you have to go, “you know what, I’m here on the sometimes crazy planet where there’s all sorts of stuff going down. Spirit tells me and I understand through my higher self that I’m supposed to be here right now having this experience and that we’re all supposed to be having this experience”. To let your human self be kind to you.
What’s important to understand is that part of our experience right now is human and spirit combined. So there will be moments when you’re dropping back into your human story and looking back through the life of your human story, not because you are in resistance or being remedial as some people like to think, but because we all came to earth to be human, to have an earthbound experience as human beings, and as we are moving forward, we’re cleaning up behind us. And looking over our shoulder can be part of that process. In the same way that when you leave an apartment and move house you have to coming clean the house behind you, it’s the same process. So just use that idea as a guide if you’re catching mental judgment in yourself. I keep talking about this judgment each month, which surprises me, but I I get that the reason I’m talking about is it’s coming up strongly in people.
Also trying to figure out the mental confusion won’t help you. Because where we’re going does not have the same parameters and the same structures as what we come through in the last 10 to 20 years. So if you’re trying to solve the future using your mind, you’re going to have a very, very limited experience of what your future is. If you go back into your heart, go back into your spirit, go back into your body, you’re going to be able to feel the expansion. That is the way to feel the future.
It’s interesting that even with a lot of the chaos that we are experiencing there is an enormous, enormous abundance right now energy on the planet that will allow and catalyze your opening to higher degrees than ever before.
One of the things that people have traditionally wanted to do is place their energy in doing. It’s how we’ve been trained and it’s how we’ve been shown the energy can circulate. There is something very different in being. (Pauses for a while and looks at camera) That was being (Laughter) and now I’m back to doing.
There is also something about people’s anger toward the world events right now that is often based in, “We don’t deserve this, how dare they?.” This won’t help what you might want to call “the good fight”.
So those people who are using their anger consciously around abuses they’re seeing going on in the world and being the voices towards that, that’s a great thing. But when you’re just pointing the finger, it’s only going to just bring you down. What you have to look regarding this anger at is the part of you that wasn’t capable of expanding beyond the lesson that you went through.
All of us have had things in our lives that we found incredibly painful and incredibly difficult. But, at the end of the day, we’re alive and we really don’t know for how long. Any of us, any moment – bang! – we can go. I talk about that a lot because I’m called to talk about that a lot. And what I’ve come to understand is it’s one of the greatest keys to awakening. If you can start to understand that this life is a gift from moment to moment, it helps you divorce yourself from some of the entitlement and attachment that we have been trained to think we should have around our lives, what should happen. Life is a crap shoot, for want of a better term, and that may annoy some of you that I said that. Because I get that your belief is that we have a way of directing the energy of our life, and I subscribe to that too. So the final thing to say and to some of you who are going, “Well, that spiritual idea of life all sounds very well, but isn’t that selfish at the time that there is this turmoil going on over here, and we need to stop this, and the world is doomed etc etc.” Those things you are now seeing in the world have been going on for years and years and years and years. And the difference is we are now in a period where they are coming to light.
So this is what I mean about once you see something you don’t like, if it activates you, great – walk towards being an activist there – but at the same time understand that we can’t control it, we don’t have to feel guilty about it. Any of these lower energies used in your being a voice for change (anger, despair, frustration) will not help you fight the good fight. This is to those of you who are what I would call the freedom fighters in the area of things going on globally and ecologically.
But the other thing that is true is energetics. In the same way that it would be difficult for me to have 10 angry chaotic people behind the camera and not feel them while I’m trying to feel up and out in order to communicate with all of you, it’s the same in life. This is where your boundaries are going to be important.
You can generate a lot of positive energy. And positive energy amplifies darker and denser energies and makes them start to lift. Which is why some people will be resistant to you, if you’re too much for them; if you’re too heart open with them, it’s not your place to get angry with them that they’re being honest with you. They are saying to you (through their action), “I can’t go there right now. I don’t have the support system in my life that when I leave you, I can keep integrating this heart opening. So I’m just going to shut you down and do this a little bit.” Trust that and trust them for knowing their limits at this moment.
We’re all here having our own experience, but one thing the Z’s always talk about is the perfection of our own evolutionary spiral. When you get rid of the density and the judgment that you’re personally carrying, by keeping your body as aligned as you can however that works for you and clearing out old emotional/mental issues that are still haunting you, you will loosen and open. Also by training yourself to not pay attention to the mind and to see it’s limited thoughts, you to let it start to loosen its grip on what your future direction is. At that point, you come to live in this part of your energy field and evolutionary spiral. You’re no longer like a headless chicken just following the minds whims.
It takes time to come into that space because it can feel isolating at first, especially if others aren’t meeting you in it. But this is why it’s so important to choose for where you’re going. And to choose and check in with yourself every moment – how am I feeling? Who am I now?
So for example, my challenge while delivering this forecast to you guys would be if I checked in with myself and my body felt awful, I should really probably just walk off camera and say I’m not doing these any more. Now, that doesn’t feel true for me right now, but if it did, that’s what I have to follow and have to trust that, without knowing what the future would hold.
When you can surrender that much to what’s going on, then the potency of not only your own experience of life starts to come through, but this energy system that is so innately intelligent, far more intelligent than our mind, will move us to the place to dispense our energy and to give and exchange our energy in the places we are supposed to that will then lift the world, raising the vibration of the planet.
It is not always easy and there will be days when you don’t feel very raised. But, it’s the truest and most possible height that you can attain right now. So the reason that so much is crumbling in the outside is to get you to align with the inner. But then what many of you will be finding is when you are aligned with the inner, the outside flows.
So that’s all from me this month. I’m going to take a break in August from the forecast and a few other things and give myself some reset time and be travelling as well.

What I am finding about this and Lee Harris’s May forecast is that what sticks with me- the words and ideas I hear over and over in my mind- are his frequent references to our need to slow down, follow our own intuitions about what we need from moment to moment which can only be discerned by slowing down.
After all of the work that I did to make my little piece of paradise in my garden, after all of the extra personal energy clearing and acceleration work I have been involved with for the past two months- I tried to get enough rest but have been finding myself more sensitive to the intense planetary energy shifts which translated into loss of a lot of sleep at night.
Sadly, my pampered immune system said ” enough of the lack of sleep and yucky allergy season” and I got another allergy/sinus/cold condition. This is my third “release” in this fashion since December. It is really unusual for me!

It seems like self-mastery and balance are required to feel good right now, so allow yourself to intuitively know what you need in every moment. Follow the energies/people/situations that feel good and flowing to you, and let go of those that don’t.
So while my dear body is busy releasing lots of toxins I am pacing myself differently. I’m noticing more than ever what my intuitive takes are on situations, people, energies and my own needs- updating moment to moment rather than acting on prior assessment and subsequent assumptions.

Hi and welcome to the June Energy Forecast.
We are here on the hill and it’s very windy. So if a big gust of wind comes, we may just take a pause moment to breathe together so that A) the sound is still captured by the camera, and B) we probably all need to breathe anyway because of how rapidly everything is changing in our world right now.
So one of the things I’ve noticed as a pattern for people in the last few weeks is lots of people are having compression around finance. Finance and money worries are usually rooted in ‘survival’, in terms of the emotion.
An important thing to remember about money and money worries is that it’s usually a very surface experience.
I know that’s an arguable statement. You could say that if you have absolutely no money and you’re living on the street and you’re trying to find food, money’s going to have a very different significance to you.
But when we worry about money, that only affects our ‘comfort’ experience e.g. the money that comes to us which affects our actual everyday living and experiences. If you can go a little deeper with the feeling that’s underneath that in the emotional body, you’ll reach an energy of ‘survival’. And in that we reach the idea that this external force of money is the thing that can keep you going, or the thing that can keep you ‘safe’.
The reality is that we’re all going to die. And at some point during our lives, we’re all going to be unsafe or feel unsafe – that’s part of the journey of going into an experience of bigger safety.
So that’s the part of the awakening journey that they don’t always tell you about in the small print, which I’ve mentioned before in prior forecasts – the side of awakening which can be challenging.
Most people want to become more conscious and open more because they want to feel better and have a more expanded experience of the world. The shadow side of that experience (as you walk into it) can be, you then have to face everything. You have to face the reality of life and some of the things that maybe your more romantic mind or blind mind wanted to keep away from your view; in case that more expanded view could hurt, or in case it induced or created a trauma for you.
So there is, for me, a very big rise in the last few months and as I feel into it (the future timeline of the next few upcoming months) simply an energy around the word “opening.”
I spoke in last month’s forecast about the energies of our invitation right now, which was “After Fear, Intimacy.”
And like many of you, in the past month I have had opportunities to open beyond anything previously experienced before. It’s interesting how our nervous systems or our emotional body/energy fields or our mind start to react slightly as we do that – especially if we go further than we have ever gone before.
So for example, if you are having an experience of romance with a new lover or partner in your life, you often have this feeling of a ‘high’. And it’s because in that moment you’re really opening your energy field. And when you open your energy field with another person, it becomes more charged. There are now two of you in unity and having an opening versus the prior singular experience.
So think of when you’ve been in a group, for example, a concert where people are really enjoying the music and a mass of people are all in their hearts or dancing together to the same music. It feels great because we as a collective are supporting and growing the strength and potency of what’s possible in that energy as a group and as individuals.
So in a romance situation, the opening starts between two people and then the romance high takes over. And at a certain point, you go as far as you can with the alchemical reaction with this person you are in romance with before you start hitting the place within you that you, because of history or because this is as far as you’ve gone in yourself so far, start to go…(Gasping for air). “I need a moment to catch up with this level of opening.”
And sometimes it’s a thought which stops you. Sometimes it’s a “You can’t do that; you can’t send that person that message, because what if they react like this? And the last time I was this brave in my words, it made someone react a certain way, and that hurt both of us.”
So if you catch such mental challenges in yourself, for most of you now, it will be a quick and easy reset from that mental dissonance.
When you have your awareness in place and you start to become an observer, not just of the world outside you but of how you’re responding to the world, the mind really does just start to exist in a very small place up above your head. And even if what the mind is saying is convincing, or even if it’s allied by an emotion in the body, you can start to let the mental chatter move out, and just focus on the bodily feeling.
So I talk a lot in the past monthly forecasts and in other aspects of my work about how powerful our healing hands can be for our body.
And many of you will be experiencing periodic anxiety right now. It’s going to be part of the game of opening.
And if you’re somebody who is experiencing a lot of anxiety, you will know that has to be worked on. That energy has to be looked at. And you won’t solve it by ‘out-thinking’ it. You’re going to have to go beyond the thoughts, into the body and its feelings, and help the body feel safe to release it.
For when the body knows that you’re on its side and that you’re trying to help its well-being and let it come back from some of the past bruises you may have experienced, the body starts to trust you; and you’re going to have a beautiful experience with this.
I know of many people who have done the ‘hot coal’ walk. Where there are hot coals put on the floor and you have to walk across them. You hear so many people who have done this saying how extraordinary it was, because of the fear they felt before they walked the hot coals, and then the exhilaration and release when they got to the other side.
This is very much indicative of current energies.
So for those of you who are having heightened awakenings right now, where you’re feeling more connected, more peaceful, less bothered by the things around you that used to bother you or that a few years ago would have bothered you, that’s a beautiful wave to ride when you find yourself in it.
And we’ll keep riding it. And the next three months there is going to be continued support around us becoming and allowing more of our higher selves in our daily lives.
The other aspect that I know is on many people’s mind right now, and in people’s focuses, is the growing wave of realization around how many agendas and forces there are on this planet that are focused on something very different to what we are talking about. Whether it is control of the food supply, whether it its control of people through money or through structure, it’s going on and it’s been going on for a very, very long time.
And when you start to wake up to those aspects it can be a shock to the system and it can start to release/induce some of the trauma and anxiety that you had previously held.
But it’s ultimately very liberating as a process.
It’s similar to how being afraid of death is a paradox; because you’re then afraid of inevitability.
And I’m not saying that we as human beings can’t fear death – of course we can – and we do have our emotional/energetic movements around that.
But there is an inevitable end point for all of us in this physical body, and death is the name we give that.
We’re here at a time where the more we can bring the energetics, the ‘higher’ energetics into our bodies, we can then make more conscious choices around actions we’re taking.
So for example, it’s very reassuring right now to see how many people are out there talking against things like Fracking, or Monsanto and the food supply; so many aspects of the world that groups are now beginning to stand up as groups and say, “Now hang on a second, something’s really wrong with this picture.” A decade ago it was a far smaller amount of people doing that.
So that’s one way of being on the planet toward consciousness and it’s as needed as the other way. They are both needed.
The other way is working on your higher self and allowing your energy field to become as bright, as beautiful, as centered as it possibly can.
We all want this experience. And when we experience this we feel great love inside ourselves and great connection all around us. The weary lightworkers among us can sometimes have a weary story around how hard it has been or how dark the dark night of the soul was.
Many of you right now are re-writing those scripts in yourself. And actually, if you really do the body work, you’ll notice your body just can’t anchor those stories anymore. You might be able to refer to a few years ago when ‘The Titanic’ went down in your life and you were on the ship as it went down. But you won’t be able to feel it in the same way – it just won’t exist. And that, in itself, can bring up anxiety for people.
The loosening of our societal structures that we experience right now allows the loosening of our personal structures. The personal structures we were given by our societal programming were always far too tight for who we truly really are and who we’re capable of becoming.
When I tuned up a couple of hours ago, looking for any pieces or messages around the coming month or months, what I heard was that the energy grid which grounds the darkness on this planet is about to go through a fairly rapid shift between June and August, that will loosen some of the density that the darker energies on the planet can anchor into.
This sounds good – and ultimately it is an evolutionary movement. What I’m aware of and what I can feel around that, is some of the chaos energies that can get thrown off when darker energy is losing its grip. Sometimes these are thrown at people and sometimes this is just the chaos you can feel in the air.
So we’re in all of it right now and breathing our way through all of it.
And even if we’re having an expansion in one moment, we could walk into a room full of people where the density is heavier and our expansion will naturally for most of us at this stage start to contract a bit, start to dim.
It’s not that you should try and stay expanded when around density – there are no rules around this for there are no rules.
But what more of us will find useful to do at this time is to ride the expansions when they come, but to also be okay with when we get a little smaller as a response to our expansion. It is a natural wheel.
And when we have to get a little smaller in our outer world, we get to go even deeper inside ourselves, because there is so much space inside us that we as people have never been trained to utilize or be within together.
Which is why last month’s video forecast from me focused on intimacy so much and I’m understanding that more now – because I don’t know what I’m talking about/predicting most of the time when I do these forecasts. (Laughter)
So it’s interesting to be seeing and hearing people talking about their inability to plan, the fact that things have to keep moving, and things that were planned have to be changed. This is because things are becoming very alive in our world. And for things to be alive we have to be willing enough and vulnerable enough to be intimate with each other and each moment.
So many of you listening will be intimacy leaders in your groups. You will be the people who can bring the conversation onto a more intimate level when people are in their pattern of not speaking intimately because of fear.
You will be the people who can hug the person that you feel needs a hug – maybe they do or don’t know they need one – but maybe you can make that move first and offer them this.
And the thing is, when you make that move, not only do you feel more fulfilled and freer in yourself, but you create a drop of that energy in them for the future. You bring that energy to the room that you are in and then you yourself start to get used to it in your body; and then what you start to magnetize as an energy field, changes your experience of the world.
So these winds of change that we’re in right now are an opportunity to elevate our higher selves by bringing our higher selves back down into the body.
Wherever you are watching or listening to this (some of you will be reading it), wherever you are right now, take a moment to understand that the front of your body is exactly that – the front. And there is so much behind our front bodies – here, here (Lee points to the whole body) – there is so much in and around us, but we have become so used to our stimulation and our connection coming from the front body, the external, or coming from the other person, so we don’t hang out here in the internal body very often.
If you’ve been really busy recently and you find it hard to stop or slow down, anxiety will be part of it – it may only be ten percent – but it will be part of it.
So if you’ve been on a speed train in your life, ask yourself to stop for a moment.
When you first stop, it can be confrontational what comes up emotionally in the body. You can think, well how am I going to deal with this feeling that arises? How am I going to soothe this, how am I going to take it away?
All of that soothing and allowing will happen by you allowing the feeling to be there and not running from it, not disconnecting from it and using it as an energy that drives you further into more driving.
The ‘driving masculine’ side is not what we are needing as a world anymore. We have been hearing this for years, but it’s hard for us to change the program. But we are doing that now as a world, so no wonder we are surprised by how differently we feel.
So this coming month, play with your own patterns and see how challenging yourself to not do what you do every single day, could change things for you. Try doing something different to your norm!
And if you are tired of not having intimacy in your life, change that program. Write down on a piece of paper (and put that paper somewhere visible to you),
“I invite more intimacy into my life. I invite more loving people into my life.”
And if you immediately, in reaction to me saying the above, start hearing contradictory things or feeling annoyed, it’s great. That’s exactly where you need to look, because those feelings of annoyance or disbelief are the emotional anchors for you.
And we’ve forgotten as a society that the wind is bigger than us. We forget that we’re ‘ants’. We are so capable and so connected to everything, yes, but all of this is really in charge and moving us and we forget that as a society.
So the final thing to say is: energetics. More of you will be more aware than ever before of how your energetics change, depending on who you’re around or the environment you go to. Be aware of where/who feels good to you, and who/where doesn’t.
If you still have a self-judgmental mind, you really have to take that on now. Because a self-judgmental mind is ingrained anger or dislike of the self, and it won’t last for very much longer in anybody on the planet.
So you may as well just choose to catch the negative word in you, catch the negative sentence, get curious about it and go,
“Wow. Look at what I just said to myself, because when I was five, someone said something similar to me and as an adult I have turned it into this.”
We’re breaking with our history as individuals and as a group, and that can be very scary to the survival mechanism in the human being.
But the reality of the survival mechanism in the human being is that we evolve. Constantly.
So as you go through this process and this month keep reminding yourself:
“I am safe to be here”
“I am safe to be here”
“I am alive and I am safe to fully show up in my life”

When I first read the May 2013 Energy Forecast by Lee although I felt the powerful energy behind the words, nothing much shouted at me to notice and take note of.
In re-reading and listening to the message, much more has popped out at me that added to the sheer potency of the energetic transmission.
The first noteworthy point for me that Lee mentions concerns my often stated and somewhat integrated understanding that human beings on this planet really have only the illusion of control. It follows, given this situation, that while we are living in a body because we can not control we need to learn to rise above the energetics of fear that are part of our biological survival mechanisms.
Not only do we need to understand our own fears- and this month Lee focuses on our fears of intimacy – but also how we do or do not internalize the fear of others, and imbibe the promulgated fears of the powers that be and the media.
What has been personally most meaningful for me in Lee’s discussion about fear and self – judgement is that this month, when I have been busiest with the huge physical task of creating my garden, I have been calmer, less questioning of myself in the process and I have really taken my time. When I was tired and had enough there was no compulsion to finish. There was no compulsion to make my best garden ever.
When we didn’t have enough people for Group next month there was no personalization and no fears about Group never happening again. No fears or judgements that I had somehow failed. I really just let go and waited to see what would happen. What happened was that I quickly accepted the situation without having to do anything at all to try to change it. It felt really good to let go!
Anyway, I hope that you find some gems in Lee’s forecast. Next week I’ll send along a slideshow of the completed first garden.
(Transcribed and re-edited from Lee’s video message) Hi and welcome to the energy forecast for May 2013.
We are indoors this month. I’m staying in Denver and it’s very noisy out there with lots of cars so even the parks didn’t look appealing for our purposes anyway.
So, it’s interesting. Because in many ways I feel that being indoors is the theme that many of you will be going through – feeling indoors within yourself. Not because you’re retracted from the world – the opposite; because of the catalysing force of everything that is going on in an external sense for those of you who work with your awareness and energy body in a conscious way. You’ll be noticing how much faster your internal unravelling process will be.
So as with all unravelling, the themes for May are fear and intimacy.
These two things go hand-in-hand. Because often we have fear of deeper intimacy before we go into deeper intimacy.
If you think of going on a date with someone where it all went well; if you reflect on how you felt in the minutes/hours before the date, you will notice that often you will have pulled back a bit or been nervous. And I’ve talked about this principle a lot – the contraction and expansion dance which we go through.
It’s an “in breath, out breath” and that’s why life is a constant spiral journey. It’s not this destination point that you reach where suddenly everything becomes Zen. Even some of the most Zen people I’ve met all still experience the waves and the fluctuations of life.
You’ll all be dealing with different details this month, as we all are, but themes will show up around fear and intimacy.
Fear is like a virus. It really spreads fast.
So, for example, if I were to be talking to you in this energy forecast panicked and like really coming to the camera and saying “You’ve got to do this! And, blah,blah,blah” (Lee leans forward and expresses in a hyper-fearful way) you would experience a very different energy to my simply being centred and talking from a centred place. And what happens with energy is that we tend to imbibe and absorb it.
So those of you on the other side of the screen – some of you may have had a “Whoa!” reaction to what I just did and the energy of it. And what I just did was a little over-emphasised, but it does illustrate the point. Which is – when you start to see and read subtle fear energy that is attempting to spread itself outward, you become more immune to absorbing it.
For example if somebody in your life were telling you a big story about what they’re going through or what’s going on in the world, and they had a lot of fear coming out of them as they relay this to you; many of you will have a hard time listening to their words because you’ll be so dominated by the energy coming off them. So you may leave the incident and think, “God, I can’t remember what he said but it was kind of hard to listen to him.”
What you have to then ask is; what’s remaining in your body post that conversation? How much of the fear did you take in?
Not because it’s bad to absorb anything but because you have a choice around your awareness of it. You know, we live on a planet where everything is flowing in and out. And I often think, especially in the Western world, we have too much of a tendency to believe we can control things; which we can’t. We can move with things, we can flow with things, we can become more magnetic. But control doesn’t really exist in the way that the human ego mind would like it to.
So if any of you at the moment (and this will be a lot of you), are feeling weighed down by people around you because of how much they are going through. Number one, it’s a wheel; so being compassionate to those in need is a wonderful thing. It also doesn’t mean that you won’t be in that situation in the future, but guilt shouldn’t be a motivating factor as to why you have to help people. Because many people run guilt around, “If I don’t help them who will help them?” Well, I’ve said this before, we are a jigsaw and we find our fits, we always find our fits – the people who are there to help.
So if someone is really in need but they don’t feel like the person you can help, you might support them in directing them elsewhere, or you might trust that they’re going to find their help. Because the example demonstration of fear that I just delivered to the camera – those kinds of strong energies affect us deeply.
So if you’re around someone who you are not in energy alignment with, and they’re pushing emotions and fears out of the body, remember that there’s a difference between releasing something and pushing it on to someone else.
So if I’m angry, I have a choice. If someone catalyses my anger, I can either feel that anger and remove myself and let it flush through my body, or I can aim it at somebody via shouting at them. What will then happen is the other person will receive the impact of the anger I shout in their direction. This can lead to either their starting to fight back (because I have triggered their own anger reaction) or they may go the other way and become the victim and ingest what’s just been walloped at them. And then they’re carrying that around.
What happens to me as the angry person is, when I see that the energy has gone into them at some level, and I feel it in my body, I’m free – I think. So of course, it is only a temporary reprieve I get, but it’s a reprieve. Of course it’s not conscious, but what I get to experience is that I handed off some of this emotion I did not like into someone else.
Now, at greater levels this kind of energy exchange is happening all of the time. But there is a fine process going on for lots of us at the moment where we are enabling ourselves to take more of the space inside our bodies – space that we were asked to live outside of by much of our training. Our training in society said; go to work, get a pay check, get married, get a mortgage, the government will look after you. All the very things that we know many people are in heartbreak and devastation about right now, because that belief that they held that those things would support them is now being proved untrue.
And it’s not that the universe won’t support us, for it will. But when you’ve lived in a system in society and believed that the system was the universe, this is a grief process for many to let go of that idea.
Many people going through that grief process right now haven’t come to their own inner alchemy yet. And they will. And the more our world goes through in the next few years; energy alchemy is just going to become more and more the norm.
But at the moment it’s in a period of growth and a period of greater communication and exploration, so a lot is rising. But within that rising there is this fear of going deeper – intimacy. And that’s the next step we are being called to take as a people.
So many of us push intimacy away or don’t harvest intimacy because of these schisms and isms that come off us. So for example, if I’m nervous going on a date and that nervousness plays out in my behaviour and shuts me down, the person I’m dating is likely to not connect with me.
As I say this I’m a little cautious because I’m aware it will lead some parts of people’s minds to think of controlling/hiding things like nervousness, and that’s not what I’m talking about at all. What I’m saying is, there will be some mess in the intimacy that might play out between you and another person. That is perfectly natural. So don’t be afraid of walking into that dance or not ‘getting it right’ first time, as there actually isn’t a ‘getting it right’. It doesn’t exist other than in your own mind.
And I hear of many people who are now shifting from the idea of intention into action, which is great. Intention is wonderful and there is a reason that it was the most popular kind of topic within the spiritual self development community for several years; because it needed to be developed. But now it has been developed; it’s there, it’s in the body and now it has to be put into practise. This happens through marrying intention with action. How can we bring more conscious intention through our conscious actions?
So intimacy is changing too (as well as everything else) and transparency is emerging more, and that brings up fear in the human animal because that hasn’t been the historical pattern. And whenever we change a pattern, fear comes up for us. When fear comes up, oftentimes we’re afraid of how we deal with fear so we back away and close our intimacy and opening down again.
So, be willing to deal with fear. One possible option as a daily practise at the moment, is, if you are one of the people I mentioned earlier who are supporting a lot of people, to regularly check in with yourself and see how you’re doing. Especially if you notice you’re feeling off-balance, try and look back at what you’ve just been in and around to see what the trigger was and to heighten your practised awareness. But more importantly just say to yourself; “I release that which is not mine” or “I release that which is not mine to hold”
You can make the words up. You can make words up for yourself that are more appropriate to your language or to how you see things. But using words like this is powerful.
So much of our energy in our life is given permission by what we say. And often what we say will lead how we then allow the energy out of us. That’s how most people work, not everyone. but most. So in the same way, if you use your words to recalibrate your energetics, it will do it for you. And it’s very important too because many of you will be hearing all sorts of other words in your head as you go through this opening into greater intimacy and this dance around fear; world fear, Earth fear, human fear, finding your position in the fear.
I’ve talked before about just placing your palm on your heart centre (centre of chest) and how grounding and centring that is; and that’s very important at the moment because hearts are cracking open in great ways and in painful ways. So do this action for you to check in with your heart regularly, release the fear of others, but also to really no longer accept self- judgement.
You might notice more self-judgement, because you have a stronger awareness now, there is a bigger observer in you. That bigger observer is what gives you the shock every time you notice something.
So for example, you notice you’re nervous about going to do something that you never thought you’d be nervous about. And you start to hear, “Oh maybe I shouldn’t do this, maybe I shouldn’t do this.” And then you get angry at yourself for not believing in yourself and another judging thought appears such as; “God, why won’t I believe myself?” See now how that’s the exactly the same energy as not believing in yourself, because it’s all energetics.
The alternative option is to go, “Oh, wow. I’m seeing I’m not believing myself. That’s interesting.” Celebrate the seeing as that is the first step to clearing.
Now the observer part of many of you will be quite new at the moment. So you won’t always trust this part of you enough to give the observer authority, especially if it’s new for you to have developed a new part of your inner collective – often it’s a multitude of characters in there seeking integration and seeking oneness with each other.
So you have to learn to trust the observer. And that’s also why I say it’s good to look back at certain scenarios that may have been going on in your life that have led you to come off-balance. Because your observer will be at an all-time high at the moment; even if you’re in a fight with it, even if you’re struggling, because self-judgement roots take a very strong hold. And if you had a very difficult set of experiences in childhood where you’ve always been on the receiving end of self-judgement, it’s not easy to just wash that out the body. It takes time.
So checking in with your heart is important as you go through this dance of opening to greater intimacy with the universe, as is everyone else. So often our older structures didn’t require intimacy; we had a job, we lived in a house, perhaps we didn’t really know our neighbors.
That is all changing and it’s changing faster and faster and faster.
So this month the themes are of opening to intimacy, dealing with your own inner fear or learning how to let go of the fear of others, and also self-judgement. Seeing that self-judgement is leaving, and thus having a developing trust of your inner observer that sees your self- judgement.
(Laughing) I just had self-judgement that I hadn’t been very clear in this energy forecast, which probably means that for some of you that’s true, but it’s also none of my business to know how it affects you, and it doesn’t matter – I showed up. And that’s enough.
That’s the other truth that we have to remember; it’s one of the ways I’ve helped myself over the years when I’ve been too critical on myself.
If you show up, you’re alive. And it’s enough 🙂
Which leads me to the final thing. It’s very, very scary to be ‘in the now’ sometimes.
I love being in the now and yet I still find many moments recently where I’m stepping forward and sometimes stuttering as I go into it and I’m like, “Wow, what is this in my body that is coming out from years ago?”
There is an enormous amount of potency happening right now in the world around solutions and around the future, which we would be masked to if we just followed the mainstream media or if we didn’t do our own research and get out there and live.
So as much as there is fear in the world right now, there is also an enormous amount of life and an enormous amount of opening, and more and more people are starting to have and create this experience. So, it’s a fantastic time to get out there and to live in the now.
It can be scary to the human animal. It can be scary to the body. And it’s scary when you sometimes are the leader of intimacy or friendliness with someone who you sense pulls back from your intimacy a little at first. But if you can be patient enough to treat that person like you would treat your child and you would help your child through that pull-back, then they will pull you out of your fear or hesitation in the future. So that wheel of leadership and being led can keep going within us as a community.
So that’s the May forecast.
